![]() This COULD finish the battle for you, but it’ll take awhile.ĭefeat the Unknown. And once you’re down to about ¼ of his health, abuse Spellweaver and your Fabracadabra’s. Use the Seeker Mines when Vanitas starts his crystal attack, similar to Terra’s strategy. Just about everything can be avoided with her Cartwheel, so abuse it. Stock up on Mega-potions and Fabracadabra items and finally a Seeker Mine. ![]() Drop some Mines underneath the Tornado attack so Vanitas falls on them and kaplowee!Īnd for Aqua, the number one thing you have to make sure of is to use the basic Cartwheel, nothing fancy there. Use your Tornado command after Vanitas uses his X-Combo, shadowy attack, or lightning attack so you can catch him. Shotlocks make you invincible here too so use them if you’re in a pinch, even if it doesn’t cause damage. Dodge away his replica’s, Dodge or Counter the shadowy attack. Mine Square just like Terra and Tornado abilities, and some HP saving ones just for good measure, Dodge Roll and the Stratosphere finisher are nice. He teleports around but his attacks can be guarded against here.įor Ventus, the fight is a LIIIIITTLE easier since he’s so quick. ![]() Laying down Mines and Sliding will save you until halfway down the HP bar, when Vanitas gets a little slower. Slide slide slide if you hear “There’s no escape!” or “Darkness awaits!” because that’s a hefty combo. Place them near Vanitas as he summons the crystals and hopefully he’ll go across them, leaving him open to attacks. Vanitas also has a rush attack which brings up dark crystals, which you’ll have to let happen and here’s where you’ll use your Mines. You could use shotlocks for invulnerability, but I don’t suggest using it just yet. Slide away as soon as they get close to you. In the beginning of the battle, Vanitas-wannabe will create replica’s that cannot be harmed and just go on and on until the combo is done. Other suggestions include Mine Square/Mine Shield, HP Boost, Second Chance, Once More, and Combo Finishers for Demolition. If you’re set on using Terra, give him his fastest attacks so that he stays nimble. Dodging is very, very important so Terra will be at a disadvantage. You can use any character against him, but D-links are not allowed here. Strategy: YOU CANNOT USE CURE! Every time you do, the enemy will also heal himself. Defeating him is no easy feat, but it will earn you the Void Gear keyblade and a chance to take on Unknown. Upon doing so, a portal will appear in the Keyblade Graveyard. You can challenge him after completing the Final Episode. ![]() Report 12: Ventus. Keyblade Graveyard, Seat of War treasure chest.ĭefeat the Vanitas Remnant. Report 11: Terra.
